Our group cancellation policy:
You must cancel at least 1 week prior to your trip. If you cancel with less than a week's notice, you will be charged for your trip and sent a rain check which is good for 1 year.
You may add to or subtract from the number of participants up to 2 days before your trip providing we can accommodated them.
You may deduct from the number of participants up to 1 week before your trip without a charge. If you deduct from the number of participant with LESS than 1 week's notice, you will be responsible for a $10.00 p.p. charge.
If you make your reservation for a certain number of people and some of them do not show up, you will be charged for the no-show people who didn't come and will be given a rain check for their part of the trip.
For example:
You make a reservation for 25 people.
You cancel 5 people 8 days before your trip - there is no charge.
You cancel 5 people 8 days before your trip, 5 people 6 days before your trip - there is a $50.00 + tax charge
If your final reservation number is 15 people and 3 do not show up the day of your trip, you will be charged the full amounts for their trips and be given a rain check which is good for 1 year.
